About Me

   Having worked in the retail industry for over 30 years, I completely understand the toll of being on your feet all day. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for two years before I tried reflexology and experienced great results. As a result, I changed careers, and completed 300 hours of training to get my Certification.

   I am a Certified Reflexologist (CR) who is passionate about sharing the substantial benefits of reflexology. I look forward to helping you on your journey to better health!
