My path to reflexology began with my own experience of pain.
After working in retail for over 30 years, I understood what it meant to be on your feet all day — tired, aching, and trying to keep going. I dealt with plantar fasciitis for two years before trying reflexology, and for the first time in a long time, I experienced real relief.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
I became a Certified Reflexologist and began practicing in 2015. Since opening Full Circle Reflexology in 2016, I have spent the past decade helping clients find relief from stress, tension, foot discomfort, body aches, and the wear-and-tear that life can place on the body.
My approach is calm, intentional, and whole-body focused. Reflexology is not just about the feet. I use reflexology techniques on the feet, hands, ears, and spine to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support the body’s ability to relax and reset.
Many of my clients come in feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or uncomfortable in their own bodies. My goal is to provide a quiet, restorative space where your body has a chance to calm down, release tension, and feel more at ease.
I would be honored to support you on your wellness journey.
